1. Agreement
By using CallBomberZS at https://callbomberzs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What the Site Provides
The Site offers browser-based Call Bomber and SMS Bomber simulators for entertainment/demo purposes, plus Number Protector whitelist tools for this Site.
- Simulators show on-screen demo waves/logs
- They do not place real phone calls
- They do not send real SMS/OTP messages through telecom networks from this Site
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful, consented entertainment or learning.
You must NOT:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or target strangers
- Use themes/labels to trick anyone about money, banks, police, or OTPs
- Attempt to bypass security, overload systems, or abuse third-party APIs
- Use the Site for revenge, fraud, scams, or any illegal purpose
4. Consent Rule
If you run a simulator demo involving another person's number in any social context, you must have clear consent. No consent = do not use.
5. Number Protector
Number Protector can block this Site's simulators for numbers you whitelist in your browser. It does not control unrelated third-party websites or real-world telecom attacks.
6. No Guarantees
The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, ranking results, or that every browser/device will behave the same.
7. Accounts & Fees
Core simulator use does not require an account and is free unless we clearly state otherwise later.
8. Intellectual Property
Site design, branding, and original content belong to CallBomberZS or its licensors. Do not copy the Site for competing services without permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external resources (for example, official reporting sites). We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CallBomberZS is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Site, reliance on content, or inability to use the tools. You are responsible for how you use the Site.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold CallBomberZS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may restrict access to the Site if we believe these Terms are violated or if needed for security/legal reasons.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
